The CV tool is AI-powered, purpose-built, and still evolving. I want to be upfront about that. It was built through an iterative, hands-on process — shaped by real client needs, real job searches, and direct feedback on what actually helps versus what just sounds impressive.

That means it gets better over time. New client profiles, new industries, and new use cases all inform how it is configured and improved. It is not a finished product — it is a working tool that I actively develop and adapt alongside the people who use it.

I use it myself. I test it. I update it. And I pair it with coaching because the tool alone, like all AI, works best when a thoughtful human is directing it.

About your coach

10+ years designing systems that people actually use

I'm a Senior UX and AI Design specialist based in Berlin, with experience spanning government digital services, accessibility compliance, and responsible AI governance. I've led design teams of up to 64 people, shipped products to over a million users, and worked at the intersection of complex systems and the real humans who navigate them.

I built this CV tool because I kept watching capable, experienced professionals lose weeks — and confidence — to an administrative task that shouldn't be that hard. The AI handles the structure and language. The coaching handles everything the AI can't: your story, your positioning, your goals.

My background is in design for responsible AI — which means I take seriously how tools like this should work, what they should be transparent about, and where human judgement is non-negotiable. That thinking is built into everything here.
