For career coaches and practitioners

Give your clients
an AI tool
built around them.

If you work with job seekers and want to offer more than advice — a purpose-built, maintained AI resume tool, configured to your clients' needs, available under your practice. You bring the coaching. I build and run the tool.

This is for coaches who work with

Career changers and senior professionals People making deliberate moves who need more than a template
Executives and leadership candidates High-stakes applications where quality and positioning are everything
Clients across different industries Varied profiles that need a flexible tool, not a one-size-fits-all generator

What's included

A tool partnership — not a licence fee for software you have to figure out yourself

Tool configured for your client profile

The AI resume builder is set up and adapted to the kinds of clients you work with — their industries, seniority levels, and typical search contexts. Not a generic tool with your logo on it.

Ongoing maintenance and updates

I maintain the tool as it evolves. When something isn't working as well as it should, when you have new client types, or when the underlying AI changes — I handle it. You don't have to.

🔒

Private and secure for your clients

Each client gets a secure, private workspace. Their data is not shared, not used to train models, not visible to other clients. You can offer this to clients with confidence.

Honest about what it is

The tool is AI-powered and still evolving — I'm upfront about that. It gets better over time based on real usage. What I can tell you now is that combined with good coaching, it works. 1 in 5 CVs built this way lead to an interview.

How we work together

Simple, direct — no complicated onboarding

01

We have a conversation about your practice

Tell me who your clients are, what you're already doing, and what you'd like the tool to handle. I'll be honest about what it can and can't do well for your specific use case.

02

I configure the tool for your client types

Based on our conversation, I adapt the setup — industry focus, tone, seniority calibration, output format. This takes a week or two depending on complexity.

03

You start using it with clients, I support the tool

You integrate it into your sessions however makes sense for your practice. I stay available for changes, improvements, and anything that isn't working as expected.

04

We refine together over time

As you use it with more clients, we'll learn what works. Feedback from your practice feeds into how the tool develops. The arrangement stays useful, not static.

Pricing

Transparent costs — no hidden overhead

A note on how this works financially. Running an AI tool has real ongoing costs — API usage, hosting, and the time it takes to maintain and improve it as it evolves. The pricing below reflects that honestly. It is not a SaaS margin — it is what it costs to keep a well-maintained, actively improving tool available for your clients, plus a fair return for the ongoing work. If your volume is higher or lower than these tiers, reach out and we'll work something out.

Who you're working with

A designer and builder who understands how coaching actually works

I'm Jennifer Simonds — a Senior UX and AI Design specialist based in Berlin. I built the CV tool originally for my own coaching practice, so I understand what coaches actually need from a tool like this: something that saves time, produces real results, and doesn't require you to become a prompt engineer to use.

My background spans government digital services, responsible AI design, and accessibility compliance. That means I take seriously how tools like this should behave — transparently, securely, and in a way that supports your professional relationship with your clients rather than complicating it.

I work in English and German and am based in Berlin, but work with coaches internationally.
